OAP3000 is a Wi-Fi 6 3000M high-power omnidirectional dual-band wireless access point (AP) that supports 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax and is launched by Tenda for scenes such as villages, villas, parks, scenic spots, and squares. The product can work in both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, providing 2.4GHz 574Mbps, 5GHz 2402Mbps, and the whole machine has an access rate of up to 2976Mbps. The external omnidirectional high-gain antenna meets the coverage effect.

160 MHz Channel Width: By supporting the HE160 bandwidth, the OAP3000 effectively doubles the data transmission speed compared to standard 80 MHz Wi-Fi 6 units, making it ideal for high-bandwidth activities like 4K streaming or large file transfers in outdoor settings.
Efficiency at Scale: With MU-MIMO and OFDMA technologies, the access point can communicate with multiple devices simultaneously, significantly reducing latency and ensuring a smooth experience for up to 256 concurrent clients.

The “OAP” in its name stands for Outdoor Access Point, and its build quality reflects that mission. It features an IP65-rated weatherproof enclosure, ensuring it remains fully operational against dust ingress and low-pressure water splashes from any direction.
Extreme Temperature Resilience: It is designed to function in harsh climates, with an operating temperature range typically spanning from -30°C to 60°C.
Electrical Protection: To safeguard against summer storms, the Indoor/Outdoor Access Point includes 6kV lightning protection and 8kV/15kV ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection, minimizing the risk of hardware failure during atmospheric electrical activity.
Long-Range and Smart Coverage
Equipped with external omnidirectional high-gain antennas, the Tenda Access Point OAP3000 is built for wide-area coverage. It utilizes Beamforming technology to focus the wireless signal directly toward connected devices rather than broadcasting in a generic circle, which improves range and link stability. For large-scale deployments, it supports Seamless Roaming (802.11k/v/r), allowing users to move across a property and switch between multiple access points without their connection dropping.
Deployment and Management
The Tenda AX3000 Access Point OAP3000 simplifies installation through Power over Ethernet (PoE) support.
